I have created 2 workout DVDs that can help you reach your goals faster. Each workout is less than 30 minutes and you can do them anywhere and not need a gym membership. One is called the SHRED 27 Burn and the other is called the Positive Air SHRED Workout. You can burn calories up to 24 hours after working out with my programs. All levels of physical fitness can do these workouts as they can be modified to your needs or challenges.
