Food is meant to be loved and shared.  In all of my programs I use this as a basic foundation so that the meal plans are affordable, realistic, and convenient. Whether it's in the recipes or the daily meal suggestions, I always keep in mind that no one will ever eat perfectly and that having fun foods should not come with penalty.  My weight loss plans provide flexibility and nutrition guidance and my cookbook puts all of it together so that you can prepare simple, but tasty meals.
